You’ll complete a short pre-exercise screening form so I can fully understand your physical history, experience level, and any concerns. This allows us to create a clear starting point.
We’ll dive into what you’ve tried before, what’s worked (and what hasn’t), and map out your future goals. From there, we’ll outline a realistic, strength-focused game plan that fits your lifestyle.

Hi, I’m Olivia, founder and head coach at Built Personal Training. With over 10 years of industry experience, and more than 10,000 personal training sessions coached, I specialise in strength training designed to help people feel confident, capable, and comfortable in a gym environment.

The training experience with Jonathan was absolutely amazing, enjoyed every second of it. He is very informative, helpful and energetic which makes training super easy!
